Yesterday's food-
Breakfast: Chocolate Delight Special K, dry
Morning Snack: Goldfish Crackers
Lunch: 1/2 Tuna Sandwich, an orange, chips & salsa
Afternoon snack: (2) 100-cal packs
Dinner: Costco- a little pizza, 1/3 of a hot dog, and 1/3 of the FF frozen yogurt
Exercise- 30 minute aerobic DVD using hand weights & 3 mile walk in the afternoon.
Weight Loss: 1 lb (hmmm...can't help but imagine what it would have been if I didn't eat at Costco, and actually ate the leftover orphan soup...but why would I do that to myself!?!?! LOL!)
